Frequently Asked Questions
What if I don’t have access to a weight set for deadlifts? We can substitute other equipment for the barbell, but without a doubt we’re going to not get the max results. A few questions for you: Did you investigate this, or you just “knew” that you can’t get access? You have a friend with a weight set? If so, I bet they don’t use it! You have a YMCA near you? You have a High School near you? Go check these before you think you don’t have the equipment you need.
Nick, I truly live in the middle of nowhere and don’t have access to a barbell set. Ok, so we can do Deadlifts with dumbbells if we have them. It’s going to MUCH more reps since the weight will be significantly lower. We can also do Kettle Bell Swings. You need a30-40 lb Kettle bell. You’re going to do 75 swings total. Here’s a how-to video on the proper KBS. https://youtu.be/pbNCC-BMNKg
