I want to personally welcome you what MIGHT be the most important page on Origin. This is where I outline “My Purpose”, which is the entire reason for even existing!
I also take you through the Core Values that guide me and practically make the tough decisions for me. If it doesn’t align to the CV, then we don’t touch it regardless of the notoriety or $$$ involved.
Worth nothing, you aren’t going to read anything about honesty, integrity, or ethics in any of this.
The reason: IT’S IMPLIED.

The reason for posting these front and center is two fold…
- So anyone that wants to collaborate with me can see what I’m about prior to reaching out.
- So you get an idea of the kind of work that I do.
The key to winning lies in the connection with the people. Call it leadership, call it relationships…whatever you want! I call it connection. The answers to performance issues live right there so, I build here prior to going deep on any other strategies or protocols.
Are meetings and strategy and mission statements important?
It all pails in caparison to the impact that THE CONNECTION will have. When you know WHO that person standing next to you truly is, and why they’re in this adventure we call business with you in the first place, then greatness is truly possible. What are their strengths and what are their goals? What are their motivations? How can you help them grow and achieve these goals? These are the questions that we push to answer as we build greater PERFORMANCE THROUGH PEOPLE.
Through a series of events over the past 52 weeks (almost exactly) I have discovered the values that have the largest ROI…
And what’s odd is that all the things I tried to DO in the past, with varying success, have started coming to fruition while not spending any time working on them directly, but instead just living these core values.

Origin Leadership Core Values
Value #1: Be yourself – There is a sense of ease and calm that you have when you’re being yourself, confidently. The first step is to find yourself, the second step is to love yourself, the third step is to be unapologetic about being yourself.
Value #2: Bring others w/you – The path of life is best enjoyed when you walk with others. Invite them into your world and hold their hand while you shoe them how amazing it is in here. Amazing to be alive!’
Value #3: Hustle – There is an unwillingness to see and recognize the grind these days. All we see is the overnight success story and then the WISHING begins. We wish we had what others have…but thinking is NOT doing. The ones that are envied did it for the love of the fight. The fuckin love of the grind!
Value #4: Take Care of Your People – This doesn’t mean give the everything they ask for, or over pay them. It means put your arm around them and battle in the trenches with them. Do what is right for the company because when the company wins, it opens up opportunities for your people to win more.
Value #5: Have fun – Even in business, where decisions can be high stakes, having fun is a must. Of course WINNING is the most fun of what we do, but the ride has to be enjoyable.
The Purpose: What Origin Leadership Group Exists For
Simply stated, I’m here to to Add Value to Others. Origin exists so I can have a chance to do that with more and more lives.
There is this feeling you get when your words touch another person deeply, and you’ve helped them overcome, persevere, or accomplish. There’s this magic moment when you can SEE IT on their face. It’s incredible…
That is the power source that I need to be plugged into, man!
I am SO LUCKY to get the opportunity to do it daily at my career. And as I honed in on the Core Values, it started happening more and more, and in bigger and bigger ways.
From that, I realized that I had found my calling, and had discovered the reason that Origin exists… to grow the number of lives that I get the opportunity touch.
