Dude these Keto Waffles are so good!
How good are they??
So good that I’m going to post the damn recipe on a website where I write about leadership and people and management etc.
I will spare you all the BLAH BLAH BLAH that you usually see on cooking sites and get right to the meat of the sandwich: THE RECIPE
8oz cream cheese (softened)
2 T butter (softened)
2 tsp vanilla
2 T powder stevia
1/2 cup coconut flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp xanthin gum (optional)
I like to make this in the food processor. Super easy that way
Mix first 3 ingredients together
Add next 6 ingredients and mix until smooth
Spoon about 1/3rd cup batter (will be almost a dough) into warm waffle iron
Makes 4 waffles
I put natural peanut butter and sugar free syrup on them.
You can also make a bunch as food prep and have breakfast for 4 days!
BTW these things are super filling!
